Back in the 80s, two friends and colleagues, one from León, David Mateos Cabezón and J. Antonio Palacios from Sanlúcar, decided to make a different wine with an innovative method that could be enjoyed by all kinds of people.                                                                                 

However, it was not until 2015 that we produced the first bottles with the name ALBINO.

In the 2016 vintage, we decided to officially go to the market with the name of ALUCINANTE.

In 2017, we have tripled production and sales are going extremely well.
